Our microdermabrasion facial course is a deeply effective treatment that renews your skin and gives a fresher, younger-looking glow. It’s one of the simplest and least disruptive skin treatments and is ideal even for people with sensitive skin. Anyone can benefit from this treatment. It improves the overall appearance of the skin giving skin a healthy glow and youthful appearance. Microdermabrasion is also extremely effective at treating a number of skin problems. It can be used on the face and body making it a good treatment for acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles.

Pre-course details

You will need to hold a Beauty Therapy Level 2 Qualification OR a Facial Qualification as a pre-requisite for this course.

Please note you will be required to give and receive treatments as part of the course and therefore will need to remove your make-up during the course. Students must not have undergone cosmetic procedures such as skin fillers within the 12 weeks prior to the course.

All products and tools are provided for the training day at the centre when you attend. No kit is required to complete the training day.

Models

For this course it is necessary that you provide 1-2 models on the day of your course. (A fee will be charged for the treatment.) If for any reason you are unable to provide your own models, please contact the academy to have them try and arrange them for you.

Qualification

When you have successfully completed your training course(s), you will receive a diploma certificate issued by SJC Training Academy and accredited by ABT. This not only demonstrates your commitment to the training, but also allows you to obtain Public Liability insurance so you can start offering treatments to paying clients from home or mobile.
