SHAMPOO, CUT & STYLE HAIR COURSE

This course is open to complete beginners or those looking to refresh their skills. Through interactive demonstrations and practical learning this course provides a solid foundation to those that want to gain a core understanding of the principals of cutting ladies hair or need to refresh their skills after a career break.

Duration: 5 Days

Dress code: Please wear professional attire

 The course content:

Review of health & safety
Client consultations
Head and face shape analysis
Demonstrations
Correct use of tools, equipment and scissor control
6 haircuts: one length, forward graduation, long layers, box bob, layered bob, graduated bob
Blow-drying and styling techniques
Review Day (Day 5) 3 – 6 weeks after training

Day 1 -3

Theory, learning cuts

Day 4

Shampooing and Blow drying

Day 5 – 3 weeks after training

Review on live models

Our courses are suitable for complete beginners and do not require any prior learning to be able to train with us; many of our students are not yet beauty trained and are looking to start up a business in the industry. We welcome students of all abilities, whether you are looking to learn a new skill from scratch or currently working as a therapist and looking to refresh your knowledge of particular treatments.

Qualification:

When you have successfully completed your training course(s), you will receive a certificate issued by SJC Training Academy T/A HB Academy. This not only demonstrates your commitment to the training, but also allows you to start offering treatments to paying clients from home or mobile.
