Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. If you do not attend your appointment or fail to comply with our cancellation policy, your deposit will be forfeited.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made after this period may result in the loss of your deposit.

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, and the full treatment cost will still apply. Late arrivals may also impact other clients’ appointments.

We reserve the right to adjust service prices at any time.

Gift Card

Gift cards are available for most treatments or services and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Please note:

Gift cards cannot be used for aesthetic treatments or model appointments at the academy.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Treatment courses

Treatment courses require a deposit at the time of booking, with full payment due on the day of treatment. Please refer to individual course terms for specific details.
